Volt is hiring a General Laborer in Mojave CA. As a General Laborer you will:

As a General Labor you will :

• Perform general labor duties in an outdoor work environment.
• Assist with site cleanup and housekeeping to maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Lift carry and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.
• Sweep clean and remove debris from production and yard areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and site policies.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively.
• Support team members with various labor-intensive projects.
• Report safety concerns and equipment issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic while working in changing weather conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This is a Full-Time Temp-to-Hire Opportunity!

1st Shift: Monday-Friday Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous general labor or hard labor experience required.
• Experience working in outdoor environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Experience with cleaning site maintenance and general labor tasks.
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends overtime and holidays when needed.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Pay Rate: $19.20 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
