About the Role

Were looking for areliable hands-on and motivated General Hand/Bale Press Operatorto join our Distribution team at our Mitchell warehouse. The key focus of this role is operating our bale press packing and pressing excess clothing and footwear into200kg balesready for storage and transportation. Youll also be part of the action across the warehouse helping with receipting sorting moving and distributing goods and pitching in wherever your team needs a hand.

If you enjoy keeping busy and seeing the results of your work youll feel right at home in this role. Its an active position involving regular movement lifting and handling of goods with safety always front of mind. Youll help keep stock moving and support the wider Distribution team to get the job done efficiently. A current Drivers Licenceis required with the opportunity to operate a small truck when needed. This role offers a varied work schedule across weekdays and Saturdays.

About You

Youre someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a busy warehouse environment. Youre happy to roll up your sleeves get involved and lend a hand where needed while bringing a positive attitude and a strong sense of teamwork. Youre organised dependable and able to stay focused throughout your day-to-day warehouse tasks. Youre comfortable following instructions working independently when needed and using your initiative to get things done. Most importantly youre ready to get stuck in and play your part in keeping the warehouse running smoothly.

To be successful in this role youll hold a currentDrivers Licence. AForklift Licenceis not required but will be highly regarded. Youll also need to complete aNational Police Checkand hold or obtain aWorking with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Cardbefore commencing.
