The Position:
Our Client is seeking a licensed Dentist to join its growing dental team in Richland Missouri or Camdenton Missouri providing comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. The role offers a four-day clinical schedule protected administrative time manageable patient volumes and strong clinical support. New Graduates Are Encouraged to Apply.

$190000 Base Salary Based on Experience
Quarterly Quality Bonus $2500 $5000 Based on Tenure

Provide Comprehensive General Dentistry Services for Patients of All Ages
Perform Routine Exams Cleanings Fillings Crowns Extractions and Preventive Care
Develop Individualized Treatment Plans and Educate Patients on Oral Health
Order and Interpret Dental Radiographs and Diagnostic Testing
Coordinate Care with Dental Hygienists Specialists and Interdisciplinary Healthcare Teams
Document Patient Care Using Electronic Dental Records
Participating in Quality Improvement Initiatives and Community Outreach Programs
Maintain Compliance with State and Federal Dental Practice Standards
Provide Compassionate Patient-Centered Care in a Team-Based Environment
Receive Mentorship and Clinical Support for Continued Professional Development and Success as a New Graduate Practitioner
