- Credentialing Timeline: 30 days (minimal FQHC)

- Complete own charting
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Willing to obtain Maine license
- Experience: Experienced General Dentist (no cosmetic only); proficient with own charting
- Other Qualifications: FQHC or community clinic experience preferred (comfortable with highvolume Medicaid setting)
- Perform general dental procedures including exams fillings extractions and preventive care
- Complete and maintain patient charting and documentation
- Provide care in a highvolume FQHC setting serving rural community health patients
- Manage a patient load of 1825 patients per day
- Collaborate with hygienist and dental assistant
