Magnolia Dental Studio is seeking an experienced general dentist to lead clinical care in a newly refreshed modern practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident provider who values autonomy enjoys building patient relationships and is motivated by strong earning potential within a growth-oriented setting.

Our practice is fully supported by resources technology and marketing to ensure a steady patient flow. The incoming dentist will step into a leadership role with the ability to shape the clinical culture patient experience and long-term success of the office.

Position Overview

  • Sole provider model with clinical independence
  • 6 operatories (2 hygiene 4 operative) in a newly renovated space
  • State-of-the-art technology including CBCT and PrimeScan
  • Supported by 1 to 2 dental assistants and 1 hygienist

  • Strong clinical judgment and confidence practicing solo
  • A leadership mindset with the ability to guide and motivate a small team
  • Entrepreneurial drive with interest in growing a patient base
  • Excellent communication skills and a focus on patient trust and education
  • Exposure to implants clear aligners and same-day dentistry preferred
  • Adaptability initiative and a proactive approach to practice growth

Compensation

  • Daily rate starts at $850 32% of net production Practice-paid lab fees
