The General Counsel serves as the primary legal advisor to executive leadership overseeing corporate governance compliance legal risk commercial contracts litigation and regulatory matters while supporting the organizations strategic initiatives.

• Provide legal advice to executive leadership.
• Lead corporate governance and compliance programs.
• Oversee ethics regulatory compliance and enterprise risk management.
• Manage commercial contracts and contract negotiations.
• Direct litigation strategy and coordinate outside counsel.
• Advise on employment law matters.
• Ensure compliance with food industry regulations including food safety and labeling requirements.
• Support mergers acquisitions partnerships and other corporate transactions.
• Develop legal policies and deliver compliance training.

• Juris Doctor (JD) with active bar membership.
• Extensive experience as a General Counsel or senior in-house legal executive.
• Strong background in corporate governance compliance and commercial transactions.
• Experience managing litigation and enterprise risk.
• Knowledge of privacy and cybersecurity laws.
• Experience working closely with executive leadership and boards of directors.
