ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT is seeking an established General Corporate Law attorney to join its Concord New Hampshire office as a lateral partner.
The role is expected to be structured as a Non-Equity Partner depending on the candidates portable book of business.
The successful candidate should bring a minimum $325000 portable book of business and an established corporate practice that can benefit from the resources and platform of a larger firm.
QUALIFICATIONS
Established General Corporate Law practice
Minimum $325000 portable book of business
Strong existing client relationships and practice ownership
Demonstrated business-development and origination capabilities
Ability to independently manage and grow a corporate practice
Interest in leveraging a larger-firm platform and resources
Admission and good standing appropriate to practice in New Hampshire
THE PRACTICE
This opportunity is designed for a lateral attorney who will primarily bring and maintain an existing General Corporate Law practice.
CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT expects to have some work available to support the incoming partner; however the successful candidate will essentially need to bring their own practice and client base.
The firm platform can provide infrastructure professional resources and a collaborative environment to support continued practice growth.

COMPENSATION & PARTNER STRUCTURE
Base salary: $135000-$175000. Position is expected to be Non-Equity Partner depending on portable book and practice profile.
Minimum portable book: $325000. The candidate should expect to bring and maintain their own established practice.
