General Contractor Building Projects

High Level Renovation Experience Required
Hotel Experience Preferred

We are seeking an experienced General Contractor to oversee and manage large-scale building and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record leading multi-million dollar renovation projects from planning through completion with strong experience coordinating subcontractors schedules budgets materials inspections and project teams.

Experience with hotel hospitality or commercial renovation projects is a strong plus.

The General Contractor will be responsible for managing all phases of assigned construction and renovation projects including:

• Overseeing day-to-day job site operations and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinating subcontractors vendors inspectors architects engineers and ownership representatives.
• Reviewing project plans scopes of work timelines change orders and budgets.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively resolving delays conflicts or field issues.
• Maintaining clear communication with ownership and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes permits safety standards and company expectations.
• Managing project documentation schedules punch lists and closeout processes.

Qualified candidates should have:

• Extensive experience as a General Contractor or Construction Project Manager on large-scale renovation or construction projects.
• Direct experience managing multi-million dollar renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction building systems subcontractor coordination budgeting and scheduling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings contracts and scopes of work.
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Hotel resort hospitality or occupied-building renovation experience is highly preferred.
