Construction Laborer Stream & Wetland Restoration

Position Overview

Location: Yadkinville NC

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $20 per hour or higher depending on experience.

We are seeking a hardworking and safety-conscious Groundman / General Laborer to assist with site operations focused in stream restoration work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating chainsaws and other hand tools with the ability to support daily field activities efficiently and safely. Experience operating track trucks or mini excavators is a plus but not required.

• Perform general labor duties to support site operations and crews.

• Safely operate and maintain chainsaws and other hand tools for clearing cutting or ground work.

• Assist with loading unloading and moving materials and equipment.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

• Support equipment operators and crew members as directed.

• Previous experience in a general labor construction or site support role preferred.

• Experience with chainsaws and other hand tools required.

• Experience operating track trucks or mini excavators is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
