This isnt a hand-holding job. Youll be challenged daily expected to move fast learn faster and take ownership of your work like a seasoned professional.

This posting isnt tied to a single team or role. Were building a pipeline of exceptional 2027 grads across engineering product design data operations marketing sales and beyond so we can match you to the right opening as our hiring needs evolve.

Youll join a spectacularly talented team who will push you to grow but youll also be expected to think independently ask the right questions and own your work from start to finish. You are scrappy resourceful and eager to prove yourself. You dont need all the answers you need the drive to find them. Youre not afraid of ambiguity or hard problems; in fact they excite you. This is an in-person role based in our Redwood City office 3 days a week. Start date: July 2027. Specific team function and start-date details will be confirmed once youre matched to an open role.

• Contribute meaningful work in your first weeks. Not busywork but things that actually matter to the business.

• Learn the full lifecycle of your discipline from early planning through execution and follow-through.

• Take ownership of projects end-to-end. Youll be accountable for what you produce and youll feel the weight and pride of that responsibility.

• Work directly with experienced teammates across functions including engineers product managers designers analysts and more. Youll have mentorship but youll also be expected to drive your own work forward.

• Dig into unglamorous but essential work such as cleaning up processes fixing whats broken and improving systems.

• Move fast and iterate. We favor shipping and learning over waiting for perfect.

• Participate in reviews planning sessions and team discussions. Your voice matters here even on day one.

• A bachelors degree in any field graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.

• Strong fundamentals in your area of study with evidence you can apply them to real problems.

• Projects coursework internships research leadership roles or extracurriculars that show you can build execute and follow through. We care about what youve done not just what you studied.

• A hunger to learn and an ego small enough to admit when you dont know something.

• Grit. You dont give up when things get hard. You dig in you ask questions you figure it out.

• Strong communication skills. You can explain your thinking take feedback without defensiveness and collaborate with people across different functions.

• Extreme bias toward action. Youd rather produce something imperfect and iterate than wait for perfect.

Most companies will have you shadow people for six months. Well have you contributing in weeks. Most companies will give you toy projects. Well give you real problems that matter. Youll grow faster here in one year than you would in three years at a big tech company. It will be hard. You will struggle. And you will come out the other side dramatically better.

This is not a job for someone looking for work-life balance metrics or a gentle onboarding process. This is for the new grad who wants to prove they can compete with others who have years of experience. If thats you we cant wait to meet you.
