• Register and maintain your license with required local jurisdictions (municipalities counties townships etc.)
• Review sold job folders and confirm all electrical scope aligns with code and Generator Supercenter standards
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and trace wiring issues during installation and service
• Support load testing of generator systems and ensure operational compliance
• Assist in project preparation including trenching conduit routing and setting mechanical components
• Perform AC/DC wiring and read electrical diagrams and blueprints with precision
• Install electrical equipment and components including panels ATS units wiring conduit and controls
• Utilize electrical testing and measurement tools proficiently
• Promote job site safety cleanliness and team collaboration
• Support and train electrical technicians as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or GED required
• Professional electrical experience (generator installation experience is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems
• Proficient in reading wiring diagrams schematics and technical manuals
• Experience working with conduit electrical panels transfer switches and backup power systems
• Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work outdoors in various conditions
• Safety-minded and detail-oriented with a commitment to code compliance
