Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI Lead / Senior AI Engineer to join our growing AI team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on designing developing and deploying next-generation AI-powered applications conversational AI platforms and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Generative AI Agentic AI AWS cloud architecture scalable backend development and production-grade AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and deploy AI-powered applications including chatbots virtual assistants voice AI solutions and intelligent automation platforms.
• Lead the development and implementation of Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems.
• Build scalable backend services APIs and microservices to support AI applications.
• Design implement and optimize cloud-native AI solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with product managers software engineers architects and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions.
• Develop multi-step AI workflows tool integrations and intelligent automation frameworks.
• Optimize AI systems for performance scalability reliability security and cost efficiency.
• Implement best practices for software engineering cloud architecture and AI application development.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies frameworks and industry trends.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for AI initiatives and solution design.

Required Skills:

• 5 10 years of Software Engineering experience.
• 2 years of hands-on Generative AI development experience.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Experience building Conversational AI and chatbot applications.
• Hands-on experience developing production-grade AI applications.
• Experience creating multi-step AI workflows intelligent agents and tool integrations.
• Familiarity with Voice AI technologies including:
• Speech-to-Text (STT)
• Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Exposure to Image Generation and Multimodal AI solutions.
• Strong programming experience with:
• Python
• Experience developing scalable:
• APIs
• Backend Services
• Microservices
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and system design.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience including:
• ECS
• EKS
• AWS Lambda
• API Gateway
• Amazon S3
• DynamoDB
• RDS
• Experience designing scalable secure and cost-efficient cloud architectures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading AI engineering teams or technical initiatives.
• Experience deploying large-scale AI applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and autonomous agent architectures.
• Experience with LLM integration and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application development and containerized deployments.
• AWS Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with enterprise AI transformation initiatives is preferred.
