Role Overview:
The Technical Product Manager supports enterprise IT initiatives by translating business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans. The role bridges business stakeholders engineering teams and governance functions in a complex public-sector environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder discovery and requirement engineering.

• Translate business processes into technical specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Coordinate with architects security teams and database administrators on feasibility and risk.

• Maintain documentation status reporting and process-improvement materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 years of product management or technical program management experience.

• Experience with data pipelines GIS/spatial data systems cloud infrastructure or enterprise service platforms.

• Experience working with outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts.

Preferred Skills:

• Government agency enterprise IT or transportation technology background.

• Familiarity with Azure AWS or ServiceNow.

• Vendor management experience.

Additional Details:
Standard schedule 8 hours per day 5 days per week. Hybrid work arrangement. No expenses allowed.
