As a Gatehouse Officer youll take the lead at the entrancewelcoming residents guests and team members with top-notch customer service while helping keep our community safe and this role youll check in visitors manage gate traffic and ensure everyone is properly documented. Youll hand out parking passes and give clear helpful directions so guests can easily find their way. Youll also assist the security officers in guiding emergency responders exactly where they need to go - making a real impact when it matters most!

Compensation: Starting $20 an hour
How you will make an impact
- Acknowledge visitors provide a pleasant greeting and offer assistance as needed to all persons entering the community
- Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community
- Provide proper parking passes maps and instructs visitors to park in appropriate spaces
- Document all visitors and vendors/contractors via the standard gatehouse log in
- Inform the security and emergency services supervisor of any inspectors government representatives process servers and law enforcement attempting to enter the community
- Complete thorough and detailed incident reports using our online report system
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information pertaining to protected health information or any other sensitive or confidential information obtained while employed by or pertaining to the company its employees business information or residents
What you will need
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Prior experience as a Security Gatehouse Officer preferred
- Current and valid drivers license required (must have good driving record)
