Job Summary
Summary: The attendant performs various functions related to the operations of the gate & concession stand for York Preparatory Academy events. The attendant facilitates efficient customer service in the areas of gate & concession sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of the concession stand
- Training additional staff if needed
- Open/close concession stand
- Ensure concession area has proper displays and merchandise
- Welcome guests
- Take orders for food or beverage
- Process cash payments
- Operate food preparation equipment
- Maintain a clean work area. Inform management of any maintenance or equipment concerns.
- Inventory control properly stocked maintaining equipment and cleanliness after each event is critical for a successful concession stand.
Hours may vary depending on sports season and number of events scheduled in a week. Expect to work evenings and occasional weekends. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Salary: $15/ hour
