Premier Staffing Solutions is hiring Gate Clerks / Transportation Clerks for a major distribution and manufacturing facility in Louisville KY.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse shipping & receiving dispatch transportation gate clerk logistics customer service data entry or administrative experience.

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Check drivers in and out of the facility
• Verify paperwork trailer numbers and shipping documents
• Communicate with drivers carriers dispatchers and warehouse personnel
• Enter information into transportation and yard management systems
• Assign RFID tags and maintain records
• Perform trailer and lot checks
• Resolve paperwork and scheduling discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and documentation

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous warehouse logistics transportation gate clerk dispatch shipping/receiving or office experience preferred
• Strong computer skills and data entry experience
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
