Gastroenterologist

Korzen Health is partnering with one of the largest not-for-profit healthcare systems in Northeast Texas to recruit an experienced Gastroenterologist to join a thriving well-established practice. Due to continued growth in the area this 35-bed Level III Trauma hospital is seeking an additional physician to join its busy GI team.

Join a collaborative team of 6 full-time Gastroenterologists 1 full-time GI Hospitalist and 3 APRNs with strong support infrastructure and a steady well-established referral base.

• 4.5 clinical work days per week 3 days of procedures 1.5 days of clinic
• Call schedule of 1:7 with dedicated NP and nurse line support for all calls
• Open to both General and Advanced GI candidates Advanced ERCP or EUS preferred but not required
• Average of 250 procedures per month including:
  • Colonoscopy
  • EGD
  • Polypectomy
  • PillCam
  • Advanced procedures (ERCP capabilities)

• Busy well-established practice with a full primary care referral base
• Average 36 month wait time for new patients

• Employed position with the largest not-for-profit hospital group in Northeast Texas
