The Overwatch team is looking for a Game Producer to help deliver world-class live experiences to millions of players around the globe.

As a Game Producer focused on Live Operations you will partner with multidisciplinary teams to plan coordinate and deliver live game updates seasonal content events gameplay improvements and operational initiatives. You will help transform goals into actionable plans drive alignment across teams manage dependencies and risks and ensure high-quality releases reach players on time.

The ideal candidate is highly organized an exceptional communicator and thrives in a fast-paced live-service environment. You excel at bringing clarity to complex initiatives facilitating collaboration across multiple disciplines and helping teams navigate challenges while maintaining quality and delivery commitments. You are passionate about games player experience and the Overwatch universe.

This role offers a hybrid work week with a mix of work-from-home and on-site days based out of our Irvine studio.

Responsibilities:

• Drive production planning and execution for live game updates seasonal releases events gameplay features and operational initiatives.

• Partner with Design Engineering Art QA Publishing Release Management Marketing and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of player-facing content and features.

• Build and maintain project schedules milestone plans release roadmaps dependency tracking and status reporting.

• Coordinate release readiness activities and ensure teams are aligned on priorities risks milestones and quality expectations.

• Facilitate communication across development teams leadership and global stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment.

• Identify production risks dependencies and blockers early and partner with teams to develop mitigation plans.

• Support live issue triage and ongoing service operations by coordinating discussions driving follow-up actions and helping teams resolve issues efficiently.

• Coordinate security audit requirements release approvals and operational processes associated with content releases.

• Partner with Content Operations and related teams to support deployments of marketing configuration and live game data.

• Facilitate production ceremonies including planning sessions release reviews retrospectives and stakeholder updates.

• Continually evaluate workflows processes and team operating rhythms to improve delivery predictability efficiency and quality.

• Help teams adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining focus on delivering exceptional experiences for players.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4 years of production project management program management or related experience within game development or software development.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including Engineering Design Art QA Publishing Live Operations or Release Management.

• Experience supporting a live-service game online product or regularly updated software experience.

• Proven ability to create and maintain schedules milestones dependency tracking risk assessments and project documentation.

• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and release processes.

• Demonstrated ability to identify issues proactively facilitate alignment and drive projects to completion.

• Exceptional communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience facilitating planning prioritization status reviews and cross-functional collaboration.

• Ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.

• Comfortable operating in an environment with evolving priorities ambiguity and time-sensitive operational needs.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative and player-focused mindset.

• Experience supporting a live-service title with seasonal content events patches and ongoing operations.

• Experience with console publishing certification and first-party submission processes.

• Experience coordinating releases across multiple regions platforms or development teams.

• Familiarity with live-game configuration systems feature management content deployment or operational tooling.

• Experience supporting security reviews access management permissions or compliance-related release requirements.

• Proficiency with Jira Confluence Airtable ShotGrid or comparable production tools.
