FWS Men Soccer Team Manager Fall 2026

The Mens Soccer Team Manager will provide essential logistical and organizational support to the coaching staff and players. This role focuses on managing gear coordinating game-day preparations assisting during practices and home games and maintaining an organized environment that supports the teams success. The manager plays a behind-the-scenes yet critical role in ensuring smooth operations and helping create a focused high-performing team culture.


Responsibilities

• Help manage and organize team gear uniforms balls cones and other equipment

• Prepare the locker room and bench area before practices and home games

• Assist coaches with field setup and cleanup

• Ensure game-day items (water jerseys benches) are ready and organized

• Support communication and logistics for travel or game schedules

• Be present at all home games and key practices as scheduled
  
  

Qualifications

• Reliable punctual and well-organized

• Ability to lift and carry equipment (moderate physical activity)

• Interest in soccer or athletics

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willingness to take initiative and follow through on tasks

He is committed to developing athletes on and off the field and providing students opportunities to grow in leadership discipline and sports-related careers.
