About the Role

The Event Photographer / Videographer captures the vibes at Student Activities events with engaging photos and short-form videos. They document special moments produce visual content and help showcase campus activities across diverse promotion channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photos and short-form videos at Student Activities events to showcase campus life and promote future programs.
• Photograph key moments student engagement performances and event highlights in a professional and respectful manner.
• Capture vertical video clips for social media content including Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Edit and submit photos and videos promptly following events.
• Work with the Student Activities team to understand event goals and requested shots.

Qualifications

• Interest in photography and visual storytelling.
• Experience using a DSLR mirrorless camera or comparable camera.
• Basic photo/video editing skills using Lightroom Photoshop CapCut or similar software.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends based on the event schedule.
• Reliable organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
