HVAC Service Technician -
The HVAC Service Technician plays a critical role in diagnosing repairing and maintaining HVAC systems while delivering a superior customer experience. Results-driven and focused on first-time fixes maximizing efficiency and presenting solutions that promote system performance energy efficiency and customer peace of mind all while working in a close knit supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose repair and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance tune-ups and safety inspections.
- Troubleshoot electrical mechanical refrigerant and airflow issues.
- Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
- Promote maintenance plans indoor air quality products and system upgrades when appropriate.
- Complete service documentation and collect customer payments.
Qualifications
- 2 years of residential/light commercial HVAC service experience.
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal).
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and use digital diagnostic tools.
- NATE certification trade school HCP or ServiceTitan experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and love up to 75 lbs regularly
- Work in attics crawlspaces rooftops and other tight / hot spaces.
- Stand kneel climb and crouch for extended periods.
- Operate hand tools power tools and diagnostic instruments.
- Drive company vehicle and maintain clean driving record.

Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
