Funeral Director (Funeral Director License Required)

NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Licensed Funeral Director to join the Miami Region. The Funeral Director will provide exceptional compassionate service to families across two Memorial Plan locations Branam Funeral Home in Homestead and Memorial Plan Westchester in Miami.

This role offers a balanced weekly rotation of 2 days at Branam and 3 days at Westchester. Working Tuesday through Saturday 8:30 AM5:00 PM the Funeral Director will support every stage of the funeral process with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Provide a source of support guidance and direction to families before during and after the loss of a loved one
• Coordinate assist and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization
• Adhere to all professional municipal state and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession
• Ensure that all federal state and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed

Qualifications

• Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or possess the ability to reciprocate.
• Have excellent communication skills integrity and an innate passion for serving others.
• Be a motivated self-starter with a team player mentality.
• Possess a high level of customer service skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.

Compensation

• $27-30/hr. commensurate with experience and licensure
