• Draft revise and negotiate key fund finance documents including credit agreements collateral documents and guarantees.
• Take ownership of deal workstreams managing diligence reviews on fund documents and ensuring effective issue spotting.
• Collaborate with internal specialists in tax regulatory and real estate to deliver integrated client-ready advice.
• Manage deal calendars and facilitate internal/external communications to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Lead diligence on fund documents focusing on borrowing authority investor exclusions and collateral packages.
• Provide practical business-aligned advice to lender and sponsor clients translating legal risks into actionable options.

• 35 years of experience in fund finance with a strong focus on subscription/capital call facilities.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate core credit documents independently.
• Experience managing deal processes and communicating effectively with sophisticated lender and sponsor clients.
• Familiarity with NAV facilities hybrid facilities or experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.

• Experience working in a fast-paced venture-backed environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues in financial services.
