A leading international law firm is seeking a Fund Finance Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing banks financial institutions private equity funds hedge funds asset managers and other market participants in sophisticated fund finance transactions.

36 years of fund finance finance banking leveraged finance or commercial lending experience
Experience with subscription credit facilities NAV facilities hybrid facilities and other fund finance transactions preferred
Experience representing lenders borrowers fund sponsors asset managers or financial institutions
Experience drafting and negotiating credit agreements security documents pledge agreements and related financing documents
Strong drafting analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage transactions independently while working directly with clients and deal teams
Experience with private equity funds hedge funds or other investment vehicles is a plus
Excellent academic credentials
J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
North Carolina bar admission required or ability to become admitted
