Functional Testing Lead

Position Title: Functional Testing LeadLocation: Sacramento CADuration: 12 Months with possible extension Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum seven (7) years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems.

• Minimum four (4) years in a test lead role managing test planning and execution.

• Minimum four (4) years developing testing artifacts including test plans test cases regression suites and traceability matrices.

• Minimum four (4) years managing defect lifecycle including logging triage retesting and closure.

• Minimum three (3) years using test management tools like ALM and/or Azure DevOps and/or Jira.

• Minimum four (4) years tracking and reporting testing metrics including:

• Test coverage (%) Execution progress (%) Defect leakage (%)

• Minimum two (2) years testing cloud/SaaS systems.

• Minimum two (2) years testing integrated systems (API batch mainframe).

Desirable Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of cumulative experience supporting enterprise application environments.

• Minimum four (4) years of experience defining test entry/exit criteria and release readiness gates.

• Minimum four (4) years of experience enforcing requirements traceability (RTM) across test lifecycle.

• Minimum four (4) years of experience testing large scale enterprise benefits systems (eg: Unemployment Insurance or Disability Insurance) meeting defined large scale enterprise system criteria.

• Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting automation strategy and coordination.

• Possesses one or more of the below certifications:

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager

• Certified Agile Tester

• Certified Tester Expert Level Test Management Strategic Test Management (CTEL-TM-SM)

• Possession of a Masters degree in a Business Administration IT or Engineering field.
