Full-Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join a growing outpatient wound care program in the Somerset PA area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys hands-on procedure-focused patient care and wants a predictable schedule with strong clinical support and specialized training.

• Full-Time 5 days per week
• MondayFriday schedule
• No nights weekends holidays or call
• Outpatient hospital-based wound care setting
• Primarily focused on wound evaluation treatment and procedures

• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform procedures including sharp debridement suturing incision and drainage and other wound-related procedures
• Manage wound-related conditions including pressure injuries diabetic wounds venous ulcers arterial wounds and complex non-healing wounds
• Coordinate care with other members of the patients healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention treatment and long-term management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Nurse Practitioner with active Pennsylvania licensure
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Comfortable performing office-based procedures
• Wound care experience is preferred but not required
• Procedural experience with debridement suturing or incision and drainage is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach
