Full Time Service Specialist

The Service Specialist will be responsible for performing services provided on-site in a highly professional environment. Services provided include but are not limited to: business support services mail copy print and hospitality services shipping and receiving conference room services reception and administrative support.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads

Compensation: $14 $14.50USD/hr bonus

The Service Specialist will be responsible performing business support services mail copy print and hospitality services shipping and receiving conference room services reception and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include:

• Mailroom activities
• Ensures the coordinated delivery of copy and print services
• Tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
• MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
