Job Summary

Receptionist

TELCOR Inc a nationally recognized innovator in the health care informatics industry is looking for a charismatic and responsible team member to join our Reception Staff. The Receptionist will serve as a direct point of contact for customers through the management of in-coming calls and establishing a friendly and inviting atmosphere for customers visitors and coworkers as well as providing administrative and front office management support.

This job opening is for a full-time / hourly position and eligible for employee benefits! Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday 10:45am - 7:15pm.

Requirements:

Professional and courteous demeanor
Energetic outgoing and friendly
Positive and cooperative attitude
Experience with multi-line phone systems
Strong problem resolutions skills
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
PC literate - must know Windowsoperating system environments and office tools; e.g. Word Excel
Fluent in written and spoken English (North America) language
Competence in grammar and style of English (North America) language
