Synergy Care is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team at StoneBridge Senior Living-Conway AL/IL/ Mira at Maumelle float in Conway/Maumelle Arkansas. This is a full-time opportunity working in a supportive AL/IL community with an on-site outpatient clinic allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality patient-centered care.

What Youll Do
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting/SNF

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility independence and quality of life

  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care

  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What Were Looking For

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma
Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes
