Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional security presence at assigned client sites
- Patrol the property monitor access points and identify safety or security concerns
- Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents
- Enforce client policies and site procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients supervisors and fellow officers
- Follow all company and client-specific security protocols
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous security military or law enforcement experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication observation and problem-solving skills
- Dependable punctual and professional in appearance and demeanor
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work in various environments
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
- Flexible availability based on client scheduling needs
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Must attend a mandatory in-person orientation before beginning work
Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
- Overtime pay for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek in accordance with applicable law
- 40 hours of Paid Time Off beginning to accrue after the successful completion of the probationary period
- Additional $0.25/hour for active-duty military members and veterans
