Synergy Care is seeking a Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy (OT) for a full-time float position serving multiple senior living communities in the Lafayette Abbeville and New Iberia areas.You will spend the majority of your time in New Iberia/Abbeville than Lafayette due to the need.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive therapy team while making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

As an OT you will help residents improve their ability to perform daily activities and maintain independence. Youll implement treatment plans designed to enhance physical cognitive and functional abilities.

• Provide occupational therapy treatments

• Assist residents in developing and improving skills needed for daily living and independence

• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team

• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered care

• Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  (or graduating within the next 6 months)
• Hold a valid NBCOT certification
• Hold or be eligible for a valid state Occupational Therapist license
