Were currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains safe functional and beautiful for every guest.

What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician youll play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our historic estate. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily maintenance and emergency repairs in guest rooms spa restaurant and public areas.

• Troubleshooting and servicing HVAC plumbing electrical and carpentry systems.

• Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks across the property.

• Responding quickly to service requests from guests and staff.

• Managing tools supplies and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and organized maintenance area.

• Assisting with seasonal tasks and event setups.

What Were Looking For:

• 2 years of relevant maintenance experience (hospitality or commercial preferred)

• Knowledge of plumbing HVAC electrical systems and general repairs

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs climb ladders and work in tight spaces

• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

• Team-player attitude with excellent communication skills
