• Prepare menu items according to established restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and completed in a timely efficient manner during service.
• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary workstation including routine daily cleaning and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.
• Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with inventory management including stock monitoring and supply ordering as needed.
• Support the development of new menu items seasonal specials and recipe enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure guest orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced high-pressure kitchen.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of food safety sanitation and proper kitchen practices.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform precise efficient knife work and handle kitchen tools safely and consistently.
• Must be able to complete the essential duties of the job with or without accommodation.

• Ability to stand and work in a kitchen environment for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift carry and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar culinary role preferably within an Italian or full-service restaurant environment.
• Food handler training is preferred.
