We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Therapist (LCSW LCMHC or LMFT) to join our growing outpatient counseling practice in Wilmington North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and/or telehealth therapy services to individuals couples families and adolescents
• Complete diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in team meetings consultations and professional development opportunities
• Uphold ethical and professional standards consistent with licensure requirements

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted North Carolina license as an LCSW LCMHC or LMFT
• Masters degree or higher in a mental health-related field
• Ability to practice independently without supervision
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities

Preferred

• Experience working with anxiety trauma depression relationship concerns or life transitions
• Training in evidence-based modalities such as CBT DBT EMDR Gottman Method ACT or related approaches
• Experience working with couples adolescents or families
