Full Time- Laundry Aide

The Laundry Aide is responsible for processing linens according to Plymouth Harbor -Friday but must have availability to work weekend mornings weekday mornings and night shift as needed DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESOperate washers and dryers as stack hang and/or deliver clean up soiled linens as supervisory guidelines and safety rules for proper usage of proper chemicals in specified amounts for hand fed machines following correct formulas for various types of linens any equipment malfunction to the supervisor in established policy and procedure for stain treatment of in maintaining the laundry in a clean safe and sanitary any unsafe conditions or items in need of soiled linen in a manner that minimizes the presence of airborne protective clothing (gown and/or gloves) when handling soiled or contaminated supervisor of needed chemicals and/or various records as instructed by the Housekeeping Manager or the Director of Environmental safely; complying at all times with Plymouth Harbor safety 555 in the event of an properly other responsibilities and duties that may be directed by the Housekeeping Manager or Director of Environmental and participate in workshops seminars and mandatory in-services as approved or work area equipment and supplies in a clean sanitary and organized RESPONSIBILITYThis position has no supervisory :High school diploma or equivalent :Prior experience in a laundry operation :Must have good organizational be a detail-oriented person and able to perform duties with great accuracy on a daily have excellent personal skills demonstrating the ability to conduct oneself in a non-controversial style; a style that inspires the respect of others and promotes a sense of trust in the individuals have good communication skills; speaking writing and be fluent in position does not require any certificate/license/ Background Screening Information:As required by Florida law (House Bill 531) candidates must complete a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as a condition of details visit:
