Full-Time Kitchen Staff

Kitchen Employee responsibilities includes food prep and cooking maintaining a fully-stocked kitchen/deli complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role you should be able to manage our kitchen customer requests and maintain day to day operations in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate food orders.
• Supervise food prep and cooking.
• Establish portion sizes.
• Organize food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Kitchen Employee Restaurant Employee or Gas Station Kitchen experience
• Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced work environment
• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
