Full Time Janitorial Position (Night Crew)

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner/Janitor to fill a vital spot on our staff. We are looking for a reliable skilled person who understands the important role a cleaner/janitor plays in a building.

The person we would like to give this opportunity to should have strong communication skills be able to prioritize tasks and possess both a proactive and reactive mindset. We like to keep our environment tidy and well organized; we expect our future Cleaner/Janitor to take full responsibility for helping us achieve this.

You will report to our Headquarters each night; from there you will be assigned a route. Company Vehicle Provided.

• Cleaning building floors (vacuuming mopping scrubbing sweeping)

• Gathering and emptying trash

• Clean service and resupply restrooms

• Clean windows mirrors and other glass surfaces

• Moving and ordering supplies

• Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities

• Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties

• Requiring supplies of the tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties

• Must have a valid drivers license

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner/Janitor preferred

• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Must be able to respond and act quickly

• Must have strong communication and multitasking skills

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment chemicals and supplies preferred

Position/Days of the week

Monday-Friday 5 PM- 1 AM

Salary: $14-18/hr
