What Youll Do

• Create a safe loving and engaging environment for infants and toddlers
• Support childrens emotional physical and developmental growth
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
• Encourage sensory exploration creativity movement and early learning through play
• Maintain positive daily communication with families
• Document childrens learning through photos displays and classroom materials
• Maintain classroom cleanliness organization and licensing compliance
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive and supportive team environment
• Post and maintain weekly lesson plans consistent with Discovery Kidzone philosophy

What Were Looking For

• Experience working with infants or toddlers preferred
  
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Ability to pass FBI DOJ and Child Abuse background checks
• Reliable nurturing and patient personality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for Early Childhood Education and child development
• Creative energetic and eager to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay is determined by education and experience
