Job Description:
Elara Caring is excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Full-Time Home Health CNAto join our Shelton Branch Skilled Home Health Department. This position provides the opportunity to work closely with a skilled interdisciplinary team while supporting patients with medical needs in the comfort of their homes. The CNA will provide services throughout the branchs entire coverage area and will collaborate closely with Registered Nurses LPNs Physical Therapists Occupational Therapists Speech Therapists and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment
