- Provide classroom support across infant toddler and preschool programs as assigned
- Assist with implementing engaging age-appropriate learning activities
- Support childrens social emotional physical and cognitive development
- Help maintain safe clean organized and welcoming classroom environments
- Assist with daily routines including feeding diapering toileting meals rest time and transitions
- Build positive relationships with children families and team members
- Follow classroom schedules center policies and state licensing requirements
- Step into different classrooms as needed to maintain quality care and appropriate staffing levels
- Support teachers and leadership in ensuring smooth daily operations
- Comfort and confidence working with children ranging from 6 weeks to 5 years old
- Flexibility to support multiple classrooms and age groups throughout the day
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities classroom assignments and staffing needs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Early Childhood Education coursework or related experience is a plus
- Must obtain First Aid/CPR certification
