Olathe Ford Commercial is seeking a reliable safety-minded Full-Time Driver to support our commercial vehicle operations. This position plays a key role in helping deliver vehicles to customers and transporting our drivers back to the dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to support commercial vehicle deliveries and transfers.
- Follow drivers delivering transit vans work vans and other commercial vehicles to customer locationsupfitters body companies and other destinations.
- Transport delivery drivers back to Olathe Ford Commercial after vehicle drop-offs.
- Assist with vehicle transfers between dealership locations and customer sites.
- Perform basic vehicle walk-around inspections before and after transport.
- Maintain accurate records of trips mileage and vehicle condition as required.
- Represent Olathe Ford Commercial in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers and business partners.
- Follow all traffic laws safety procedures and company policies.
- Use navigation tools and communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding schedules and route updates.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive a wide variety of vehicle makes and models
- Dependable punctual and safety-focused
- Ability to travel for day trips and occasional longer routes
- Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
- CDL isNOT required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with dealership staff and customers when needed
