Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

• Monday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Tuesday Friday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Start and end your day at our San Mateo office while driving a company-provided vehicle throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Were looking for a dependable safety-focused driver to join our growing team.

• Safely pick up transport and deliver medical specimens supplies and other materials while maintaining package integrity and chain of custody
• Load and unload medical materials using wheeled carts and delivery equipment
• Navigate efficient delivery routes using GPS and mobile applications
• Provide timely delivery updates and communicate effectively with dispatch
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stop
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Am-Tran positively
• Keep your company vehicle clean organized and well-maintained

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Clean driving record (MVR required)
• Experience driving throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Comfortable using smartphones mobile apps and GPS navigation

• Ability to safely load unload and transport medical materials using wheeled carts and delivery equipment
• Position requires pushing and maneuvering carts weighing up to 300 pounds including navigating ramps and uneven surfaces
• Ability to liftindividual items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to bend reach push pull and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Commitment to following all safety procedures and proper material-handling techniques
