Shift is 6:00pm-6:00am. FT shift rotation: Week 1 - SunWed Thur. Week 2 - Mon Tues Fri Sat

Foundation Park is a newly built home plus type of communitylocated in Manhattan KS. Foundation Park is under the ownership of FoundationProperties. Foundation Properties is a family-owned company that has beenserving the care needs of Kansas seniors for well over 40 years. The challengesbrought forth from the covid pandemic caused our company to step back andreevaluate the future needs of seniors in designing a new concept movingforward.

Provide residents with routine daily nursingcare and services in accordance with the residents assessment and care planand as may be directed by your supervisors

Prepare and serve meals to residents

Perform other nursing duties as assigned bynursing management

Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmthpersonal interest and positive emphasis as well as a calm environment

Always exercise courtesy whenever residentsfamily members and visitors are present

Demonstrate pride in Foundation Park by keepingareas clean and safe

Demonstrate ongoing responsibility andcommitment through good attendance and by being on time to work

Respect the privacy and dignity of residents

Job Qualifications

• Previous job experience preferred but not required
• Must have a current CNA certification in the State of Kansas
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to meet deadlines
• Must be able to maintain a courteous friendly and helpful attitude with residents visitors and co-workers
• Must be able to stand bend lift push pull and carry up to 50lbs throughout the shift
