The UPS Store Retail Sales Associate (Full-Time)
Location: Lutz FL (near Tampa Premium Outlets)
$15$17/hr Full-Time Weekend availability required (including Sundays)

Join a busy locally owned UPS Store where no two days look the same. If you like working with people staying on your feet and being part of a tight-knit team this is a great place to build retail and customer-service experience. We provide hands-on training promote from within and offer a supportive environment where hard work gets noticed.

What youll do:

• Greet and assist customers with packing shipping printing and Amazon returns
• Recommend the right products and services and confidently upsell where it fits
• Explain current promotions and special offers
• Keep the store clean stocked and organized
• Resolve customer questions and issues with a friendly solutions-first approach
• Pitch in with teammates to keep things moving during busy periods

What were looking for:

• 2 years of retail customer service or sales experience preferred
• Friendly professional and comfortable recommending solutions to customers
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Available weekends including Sundays with a flexible schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual a plus

Schedule: Full-time roughly 3040 hours/week across a mix of opening and closing shifts. Weekend availability required.
