We are currently hiring experienced caregivers throughout North County San Diego.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting transfers and mobility assistance.
Provide companionship conversation and emotional support.
Prepare meals and encourage hydration.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
Provide medication reminders.
Escort clients to appointments errands and community outings.
Assist with dementia and Alzheimers care when needed.
Observe and report changes in the clients condition.
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable home environment.
Follow each clients individualized care plan.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of professional or family caregiving experience preferred.
Compassionate dependable patient and professional.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid drivers license reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
Ability to pass a background check.
Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Negative TB Test completed within 90 days prior to hire or willingness to complete one within 7 days of hire.
CPR certification is a plus but not required.
