Our focus is on quality creativity and exceptional service and we need a passionate skilled Barista to help develop our coffee program and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Job Description:
As a Cafe Avanti Barista you will be the cornerstone of our coffee operations overseeing day-to-day barista activities in a high-energy environment. Your expertise in coffee and customer service will drive excellence in both our product and the guest experience. This is a hands-on role where youll lead by example create a positive work culture and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Coffee Expertise: Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks coffee and other beverages with precision and consistency.
• Customer Service Excellence: Engage with customers ensuring they receive top-notch service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Quality Control: Maintain the quality and presentation of all coffee and espresso drinks ensuring they meet Avantis standards.
• Shift Management: Oversee daily operations of the coffee station including opening and closing procedures cash handling and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a barista Lead Barista or Shift Supervisor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods espresso machines and latte art.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsability to lead and inspire a team.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality with a focus on delivering a memorable guest experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay range:
$17.00 plus tips.
