As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) youll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independently building confidence and experiencing meaningful moments every day.
No experience needed - paid training provided.

No two shifts look exactly the same - and thats what makes this role rewarding.
As a DSP youll help individuals:
- Live independently in their home
- Shop cook and manage daily routines
- Get to appointments and community activities
- Build confidence and life skills
- Experience new opportunities and meaningful moments
Youll also:
- Support medication administration and health-related needs
- Complete electronic documentation and service notes
- Assist with household routines and daily living activities
- Respond to behavioral or emergency situations using provided training
- Build positive meaningful relationships with the individuals you support
You do not need previous DSP experience - we can teach the skills.

- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance required

- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
