Discovery Kidzone is looking for a caring dependable and enthusiastic Full-Time Assistant Toddler Teacher to join our team in Clancy. Youll work alongside a Lead Teacher to create a safe nurturing and engaging classroom where toddlers can learn explore build confidence and develop important skills.
No previous childcare experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed!

What Youll Do
As an Assistant Toddler Teacher youll help create a classroom where toddlers feel safe supported and excited to learn.
Youll:
- Assist with the daily care and supervision of toddlers
- Build positive and trusting relationships with children
- Encourage learning through play music storytelling art movement and hands-on activities
- Support childrens social emotional cognitive language and physical development
- Help children build confidence independence and positive relationships with peers
- Assist with meals naps toileting transitions and other daily routines
- Observe childrens development and share important updates with families
- Collaborate with the Lead Teacher and classroom team
- Maintain a clean organized and healthy learning environment
- Follow all health safety and Montana licensing requirements
What Were Looking For
You dont need previous childcare experience. Were looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about working with toddlers
- Patient dependable caring and positive
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- A strong communicator
- Able to guide children with kindness and consistency
- Interested in early childhood development
- Willing to learn and complete all required Montana licensing training
- CPR Certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Previous childcare experience is a plus but not required. Paid training is provided!
