Full-Time After School Program Director/Primary Education Professional-Buena Park CA

Pay:$23/ per hour (based on experience and education)

Program Hours:

• Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday from 1:50/2:00-6:00 PM
• Wednesday from 12:00-6:00 PM

As an AlphaBEST Program Director youll be trained to do the following:

• Lead a fun and dedicated team of professionals to deliver the highest quality care learning and excitement to our children.
• Train AlphaBEST staff on how to nurture children and ignite their sense of wonder.
• Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.

Heres what youll need:

• Degree Required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience with students with special needs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
