What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and .
• Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS to support application deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve overall functionality and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on web applications.
• Proficiency in AWS Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred

• Familiarity with healthcare technology and industry standards.
• Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to software development.
• Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.

Compensation and Benefits
